Presence was horrible. They ignored us leaving us with inconsistent hot water for nearly over 1 month. Such a nightmare. We broke our lease early because we hated it so much. Mould painted over in the bathroom. That’s just the beginning of the nightmare. Windows don’t close so draft comes in. No pow…
