Place is pretty good not big fan of walking and we have to walk but the people living there now especially Carter Welch terrible dude is constantly bring 3’s and 4’s in and out of the house killing the reputation really bad look man 🤦♂️

Cool house only like a 15 minute walk downtown and between 15-20 to the arch which isn’t bad for houses in Athens. Has a nice fenced in backyard with a fire pit which is pretty cool too. Also has plenty of parking for friends which is convenient on game days. Pretty solid house to live in.
