This house was built in 1924 so it’s OLD. It is slowly sinking towards the middle and should probably be condemned. However, it has three bedrooms and the rent is great for your own room. There are ants in some of the kitchen cabinets that we are trying to get rid of. Birwood is fine, not the best b…
