This house is a great College house with plenty of parking spots. Each room has its own bathroom. The house has a large living room. Wrap around upstairs and downstairs covered porches.

1000 13th street is one of the best locations you can get in Tuscaloosa as a student. It is right on the corner of 13th street and 10th Ave with a great view of Bryant Denny Stadium. A half wraparound upstairs porch really completes the house and I wish I could live here for another year.
