2205 Laurel Ave has been a great college home for the past 2 years. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The house has become a home and is located central in Knoxville so that you can walk to pretty much anywhere.

With living here for 2 years and five roommates, it has all around been a good experience. However, it being an older house can have its problems with mold and things breaking.

I love 2205 laurel ave! I’ve lived here for 2 years with 5 other roommates and the rent is affordable, in a great location, and overall very nice.

2205 aka “Barnyard” is a great property. It has been an amazing place to live for 6 of us, and it is arguably the cheapest rent you can find. The landlord has been great throughout our time here, and has been swift to address our rental needs!
