This dorm is very dirty, and the staff are very unresponsive. There is mold in the walls, and the trash piles up for days. The water is turned off or cold half the time, and there are little staff working at a time. There is lots of freedom, however it is very gross.

Definitely a crazy experience, wouldn’t ever live there again but fun for freshman year.

Statesider is in a great location and I would live there 100 times freshman year but it is definitely dirty and the building kinda sucks (broken elevators, bad water pressure, smelly) but there’s many pros

Definitely an experience living at statesider, a really gross but fun experience. Never would live there again but would recommend you live there as a freshman

A dump but it works… better than lakeshore if that’s your other option
