Boy let me tell you. Revelry Flats is only really good for the cheaper side of rent, and there’s a reason why. They claim to pair you with like-minded and like-tempered roommates based on their initial questionnaire they have you fill out. That’s phony. I got paired with roommates who keep the apart…
