i’ve heard many mixed reviews, but i love it here. my roommates and i have never had any problems with staff members, other residents, or managers. to anyone looking for a place to live just off campus, i would 100% recommend the rambler

Rambler Athens is a new apartment and it sure does have its growing pains. Upon move in there was no hot water and wifi did not work. Throughout the first semester living here one building got flooded multiple times, constant fire alarms, broken doors/elevators, parking problems, broken gate to park…
