It's an incredible place if you don't mind living a bit away from downtown. There's a bus stop on the D line right opposite anyway, so you're never more than 5 minutes away even. It's RIGHT next to Trader Joe's which is so good you have no idea, it makes your life so much easier, I cannot emphasize …
