Overpriced, ridiculous fees and move in/move out costs. Avoid Windermere Property Management if possible. This property is a duplex and it's the size of a dime. The kitchen is dismally tiny and their photos of the unit showed a washer and dryer but they didn't provide one, so it must be purchased se…
