Gates are never locked and the doors to access the apartment are unlocked. You’re right by the homeless shelter so it’s a little unsafe. The trash overflows every single week so it’s difficult to get in and out of the complex on trash day

Decent apartment complex. The location is solid, as you are close to downtown. Common areas could be better, the pool could be cleaner and the garage gate is constantly broken. The trash are is also nasty. But for the price and location / convenience you cant complain too much.
